Yes. They’re actually free to eat anything they want. The only thing is that they won’t lose 10 pounds effortlessly. That’s right. A person usually works out in order to lose weight and be healthy, not in order to make it a good excuse for overeating afterwards. In fact, working out comes with food restrictions to get a satisfactory outcome. So overeating after working out is just like working out for no reason at all.

Losing Weight Misconception #4: All types of weight loss programs will work perfectly with everyone

Mass media has constantly promoted various types of weight loss methods. Fads like the Acai Berry Diet, Atkins Diet, and South Beach Diet have been endorsed by various people - mostly celebrities - to “validate” their effectiveness. But it doesn’t automatically mean that since the methods worked on them that they will also work on you. The only way to guarantee that these methods all - or even at least one - will work on you is that when you have the exact same health history, lifestyle, body structure, and financial status with the ones who gave the good testimonials. Obviously, the odds of that happening are pretty much close to none.
